The Notice of Race:
The Notice of Race (NoR) (including any Amendments to it) is the ‘ruling document’ and specifies details of entry, regulations applicable, costs and schedule.
You are advised to carefully review the requirements in the NoR.
Any boat wishing to become an official entrant must pay the required fee, on receipt of which they will be listed as having ‘officially entered’.
The race is governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations (OSR): latest edition at the start of the race will apply. The Organising Authority has additional requirements which are listed in the NoR and subsequent Amendments.
The Expression of Interest Form is now removed. Boats wishing to take part must complete the Entry Form. Those having submitted an entry form and paid the deposit will appear on the list of ‘Boats Intending to Sail‘. Boats marked as TBC will have several days to send their deposit, after which their form will be moved to a separate pending list and their place become available for others who pay the deposit.
The separate pending list contains boats which have previously submitted an Expression of Interest Form or Entry Form but taken it no further, however upon receipt of the deposit in the RCYC Sailing Ltd bank account, they will be moved to the ‘Boats Intending to Sail’ list
